Geomac is a portal to another multilayered map with many options to display the most current known perimeters of active Wildfire incidents. Other layers available, which can be viewed concurrently, are the footprints of prior year incidents stretching back to 2002. Many other layers available as well as you learn the interface of Hot spotter.
The Aviation module is a flight planning assistance tool that helps all aviators find out the current Flight Restrictions plus a multitude of other helpful up to the minute Flight Information.
Far right is the WILDCAD portal to all National Dispatch centers with information all the way down to the local level.
The PRO version of Hot Spotter doubles the functions and Information collection ability of the basic version.
Included in those features for one, is mobile friendly nationwide 7 day fire weather outlook.
It has the large incident map updated daily as well as the visual GACC map that makes navigating the individual GACC sites faster and easier.
The Wind module shows realtime wind information as well as CO2 emission data for up to the date information on how hot an heavy a particular area is burning.
The Lightning module is a close to real time lightning strike map based on an open source lightning data gathering system. Works within a five second delay and has all normal map features.
